A high training level of your analysts is the basic fundament of a successful laboratory. Fre-quent reorganisations, personnel leaving the department and new forces joining the lab. It is not always straightforward to secure knowledge let alone get a clear understanding of the edu-cational level of the analysts that are currently part of your team.
We offer flexible chromatography training pro-grams that are tailored to suit the needs of your analysts. Therefore, prior to starting a training program as well as at the end, each participant
is evaluated in detail to determine his/her cur-rent level of expertise.
This approach, which is a unique training service by IS-X, permits us to compile an efficient
and to-the-point program that treats each analyst individually and quantifies the progress he/she has made. We have defined three entry stages to address differences in competence most suitably.

| - Level I: Novice level |
| - Level II: Experienced user level |

The 'Novice training level' is useful for co-workers with a rather limited background in chro-matography and/or mass spectrometry. Here, we mainly focus on theory and basic principles. Both theory and hands-on experiments are combined during several sessions so you have an immediate return-on-investment. The 'Experienced user level' applies a similar strategy but focuses on maintenance and troubleshooting. More details on the 'Expert level' are given here.
