One day seminar hosted by the Royal Flemish Chemical Society (KVCV)

Tuesday 8 december 2009 the Analytical Chemistry Section of the Royal Flemish Chemistry Association (KVCV) organised a one day seminar that focussed on "Dataflows in the laboratory".

Target audience was, amongst others, lab personnel, lab managers and everyone interested in analysis and organisation of lab data (e.g. project managers). In total 80 participants attended the seminar.

Subjects included upgrading, global verus local solutions, instrument interfacing, ELN and PDA, market evolutions, cost and auditing.

The plenary lecture, entitled "Organisation versus adoption. Practical data management implementation" was presented by Joeri Vercammen from IS-X.
